Refund Policy and Procedures for Disputing Amounts

  1. Unless as otherwise determined by MyCloudKlinik in its sole discretion, no refunds will be given for any consultation (which is either completed or terminated by patient), purchased medication, missed appointments or any other orders by patient once payment has been made by patient via our application.
  2. Any failure or delay by SOFTNET to exercise, enforce or demand its rights or remedies under the Terms at any time for any period or to insist upon the strict performance of any Terms, or the waiver of any breach of any of the Terms, shall not operate or be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of the SOFTNET’s right to enforce strict performance thereof, and the same shall continue and remain in full force and effect as if no such forbearance or waiver had occurred. No single or partial exercise or enforcement by SOFTNET of any right or remedy under the Terms or the law shall preclude any other or future exercise or enforcement of any right or remedy by such party under the Terms or the law. SOFTNET may at any later time demand strict and complete performance by you of the Terms.
  3. In the event you are entitled to any refund for any reason in respect of any products or services on the MyCloudKlinik Platforms, you agree that MyCloudKlinik will issue you with a refund to the same payment account that was used in making payment. We may require you to provide additional information prior to processing any refund and you agree to cooperate with us.
  4. SOFTNET retains all rights related to the refund policy.
